NRB Construction Management Ltd. was formed in 1990 with the specific aim of providing a professional and efficient project management service.
We are ideally situated to service organisations throughout the Yorkshire region and beyond as the company offices are located just off the M62 corridor and are close to the A1 / M1 links.
Located in The Paper Hall in Bradford, a building dating back to 1643, on which NRB Construction carried out an extensive refurbishment to restore the building to its former glory. The space now incorporates luxury offices, which we share with structural engineers who we have been associated with for many years.
In recent years, the organisation has adapted with regards to the changing demands of clients, including becoming affiliated with memberships such as Constructionline, the Construction Health and Safety Assessment Scheme and NEBOSH. The company prides itself on its flexible approach to work within the Project Team enabling completion to the clients’ satisfaction.
Our ability to work within the tight programme periods required in this increasingly competitive market, is due in no small way, to the relationships built up with our sub-contractors over many years. Managing the supply chain efficiently ensures that the onsite construction team can meet their deadlines. To achieve this, we recognise that information transfer and review must be dealt with by return wherever possible. Sub-contractor motivation is vital for the successful completion of the project; the best way to ensure this is through respect and mutual trust.
