The existing entrance foyer and Café area within the Engineering Building were completely refurbished in this project to provide a modern, vibrant facility.

The works included asbestos removal, full strip out including the demolition of some internal block work walls.  The installation of a platform lift, a new revolving entrance door, installation of industrial kitchen fixtures and fittings, roller shutters and floor finishes, suspended ceiling and decoration throughout.
