This scheme involved the internal refurbishment of 18 cluster flats of student accommodation, with a total of 111 bedrooms.

The project had a very tight contract period, it was vital that no deviation was made from the project programme. Consequently out of hours working was required by NRB Construction and all sub-contractors to achieve the stringent time frame required by the Client.

The works included, but were no way limited to the refurbishment and alterations to all bedrooms, installation of new furniture, both loose and fitted, alterations, upgrades and full testing to the electrics, new wash basins, noticeboards, decoration and flooring.
