The Big Sleep 2019 Update

Following on from the Big Sleep at the end of last year, the final donations are in and we can confirm the total raised by the NRB team is £4,000.25. 

Richard commented on how humbled he felt, having completed the sleep and also added “I am grateful that my experience was somewhat cushioned, because it was a struggle all the same! Imagining going through that on a daily basis, less prepared than the volunteers, helps me really sympathise with those less fortunate” .

With nearly 200 volunteers taking part, the final sum raised by the whole event was in excess of £50,000.00.

I am sure you will agree this is an outstanding effort made by our team and all who took part and they should all be immensely proud of themselves.
